As a believer in alternative therapies, I was keen to try the Acustaple procedure to see if it helped my long term back problems and weight loss.

It is now four weeks since you carried out the stapling and I am very impressed. Having suffered from lower back pain for over 30 years - both severe and constant 'niggling', over the last four weeks the pain has subsided and although not gone completely - it never will - it is less debilitating and the permanent ache has gone.

I have found that my appetite has reduced and I no longer feel the need to 'snack' between meals and cannot finish my normal size portions. My weight loss is slow and gradual, as it should be, and if there is a down side, it's that I will have to start shopping for smaller clothes - not that that's ever a problem for women!

Another benefit I've found is, whether due to the pain relief or not feeling so sluggish due to eating less, that I sleep better at night and don't feel as tired as I used to. I am now promoting Acustaple to my friends and thank you very much for supplying an option to pain killers and diet plans.

I write to thank you for the opportunity to experience the Acustaple phenomena, as you know I had my ears stapled on the launch night in February, my reason for trying this out against I have to say some male skepticism, was aimed at some weight loss assistance due to being about 2 stone over my best “fighting weight” anyway I was well impressed when getting on the scales after a standard weekend to find I had in fact lost 3 pounds! That within the first week without consciously trying!

But I have to say that something else quite strange has happened without planning or thought process, my stress levels have dipped dramatically. I work in a very busy buying and selling environment and have constant demand from all quarters so do experience constant stress, what I have noticed is I can once again take a more relaxed approach to resolving day to day issues rather than the” pop bottle” approach.
